I was a founding member of the executive team in 2001 that led Micro Focus from a $60M private entity, through IPO in 2005 to a $1.5B global enterprise software leader in 2009. During this time, I served as the Global Vice President of Product Development with 450 staff in 10 locations. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to share my passion for software with outstanding technologists and generous leaders.

I'm a seasoned executive with deep leadership and sales experience, including 18 years at Micro Focus in executive roles such as Executive Vice President of worldwide channel sales and President of North America where I was responsible for sales, services, and marketing. I was on the executive team that purchased Micro Focus in 2001 and grew the revenues from $90 million to $470M. Before joining Micro Focus, I spent 6 years in various sales and marketing roles at Sun Microsystems. I graduated from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo with degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.

I'm an accomplished CFO with deep expertise in strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting leadership. Previously, I was the Head of Finance at Appliances 4 Less, Yale and August Smart Home at ASSA ABLOY and North America Business Unit at COFCO International where I played key roles in developing business strategies, transforming financial processes, driving profitable growth and leading M&A activities. Earlier in my career, I held finance leadership roles at Dell and Microsoft in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, and strategic planning. I received my MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and bachelor's degree in economics from China.

I've held a range of senior leadership roles at global technology companies including IBM, CA Technologies & Broadcom. I served as Vice President of EMEA for CA Technologies Mainframe Division for 10 years, where I was responsible for driving customer success, strategic growth, and complex client engagements across multiple industries. I joined Heirloom Computing as General Manager for Europe, inspired by our unique & disruptive modernization technology and people expertise.
